A person with healthy body and mind is always happy. He/she struggles through the life to do positive things which will be totally unique within a group of people. Why struggle? Because in this world which is full of negative, he has to try to maintain his daily work to make his habits positive. He/She will be doing such things that no one generally doesn’t do it. Here there are many points which if anyone imbibes in their lifestyle will become an unique person full of qualities.

Steps for a powerful and healthy body:

  1. Bath every morning – After waking up in the morning, allow yourself for fresh up. Clean up your body.
  2. Do any work with zeal and enthusiasm – Working with zeal and enthusiasm eliminates the laziness while doing work.
  3. Clean your room – After cleaning your body, clean your house as well. This creates a positive environment in your mind.

  5. Do exercise daily – After doing meditation do some exercise fr your healthy body. Exercises not only keeps your body healthy but also keeps your mind enthusiastic. Try to walk for at-least 1 km daily.
  6. Make your own food – After cleaning up your room, try to make your own food and offer that food to the God. Focus the God’s energy on your food as if when you eat the food, every cells of your body and mind will heal by itself.

Steps for a powerful and healthy mind:

  1. Think positively in every situation – There will be many situations in our life that will tend to slow down our speed towards our goal. Do not bother about those situations but focus on your goal and you will overcome.
  2. Act politely with everyone – The behaviour of you with others should be polite in nature. We shouldn’t be responsible for a feeling of discouragement within themselves.
  3. Wear the spectacle of self-progress – There are different kinds of people in this world and you cannot change any of them. So have acceptance about everyone and with the spectacle of self-progress see the qualities of every soul.
  4. Keep silent in every situation – Whenever there is a clash between one and an another, try to keep silent. Clapping can be done with 2 palms of your hands. If anyone said that is incorrect, do not worry, try to keep silent, and he/she will realize.
  5. Make a stage of cheerfulness – If you remain aware that each soul has its own part to play and that that what is predestines will take place, you will be a detached observer and will remain cheerful all the time.
  6. Become a good listener – There are problems all around. When you are positive, people will come to you for help. So, keep calm and listen to their problems. After that you can conclude their solutions.
  7. Help someone who is in need. Helping actually gives you blessings which makes your mind cheerful throughout the day.
  8. Have positive affirmations about yourself that “I am a great soul that always helps others”, “I am a powerful soul who cannot be defeated by any negative energy”,”I am a lucky soul because the God has become my companion”, etc. Try to think about all positive thoughts about your soul and other souls and you will be full of positive energy.
  9. Read positive motivation books that will make your inner energy more powerful.
  10. During the morning hours, practice meditation.
  11. Try to focus only on positive things in the daily life. Even if you think that there is a negative vibration, just filter that negative thing into a positive thing. Connect that event with God.
  12. This is the most important point. Have faith that we are all souls, an imperishable soul. This body is a perishable one. It has to mix with dirt after we die. This body is of no use. But to do daily works, we have to get help from this body.
  13. Remember God at every step.
