The petals of lotus have a waxy coating that prevents the muddy water to stay on the petals.
This motivates us to remain with the company of positive, who motivates us & teaches lessons in every step and inspires to move forward, while remaining detached from the negative environment and negative company.
Strong connection with the mud:
The lotus flower are found to have strong and extensive rooting system that anchors deeply to the mud. As a result this helps to withstand strong currents and disturbances and maintain its tranquility nature.
This motivates us to remain connected to the whole dirty world, helping the needy and motivating others for a better life and in return receive help during life situations and problems.
Rising above from Mud:
Lotus flowers rises from a muddy water. It’s roots go deep into the mud, filtering and taking water and nutrients, from the muddy water itself. But still it blooms like a beautiful flower. As if, it is converting the negative to positive, the waste to best.
This characteristic symbolizes the ability to rise above from our different life challenges and negativity successfully, radiating positivity all around.
Power to face:
The lotus flower grows in a very harsh condition viz. muddy and stagnant water where other plants feel difficult to grow. But still this lotus flower not only grows but flourishes only in these harsh conditions, signifying the ability to grow, flourish, remain happy, give motivations to others even in adverse life situations.
Daily Rejuvenation:
A lotus flower closes its petals and submerges under water, to re-emerge and bloom again in the morning. This helps in rejuvenating its energy to again bloom in the next morning.
In the same way it inspires us to remain busy the whole day, giving blessings, happiness and contentment to others and at the end, detaching the self from outside environment to feel bodiless, forgetting past memories and rejuvenating spiritually.

The nature has many secrets to learn. The nature is also called the Mother Nature because of its characteristic of teaching many positive lessons to human beings.
